Madonna To Perform During Super Bowl Halftime Show

Published

on

The NFL announced that Madonna will perform during the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show, confirming reports that surfaced a couple of months ago.

Super Bowl XLVI is set for February 4th at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, and the NFL bills the game’s halftime show as the most-watched musical event of the year. The game and halftime show will be broadcast on NBC in the US.

Madonna will partner with a creative team from Cirque du Soleil, as well as choreographer Jamie King and multimedia artists from Moment Factory to create the performance.

The NFL needs to step up their game. How about bringing in MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice to perform the halftime show? That’ll stop me from flipping over to the Puppy Bowl!

That’s going to be tough…doesn’t she need to be back in the “home” by 6! Pre-game maybe, but she should be in bed by halftime!

Who’s the person making these decisions? Obviously it’s someone who’s out of touch with what people really want.
