Review: Twix Unwrapped Bites

Last month, we posted about the introduction of the new Twix Unwrapped Bites, and now we’re back with a hands-on review of these tasty treats. TWIX Bites offers the same rich caramel, crunchy cookie and smooth milk chocolate as a full-size TWIX Bar, but they’re unwrapped and available in two convenient sizes (2.83 oz sharing size and 7.0 oz resealable stand-up pouch), which make them ideal for enjoying on-the-go.

Mars has been making unwrapped bites versions of some of their most popular candy bars for awhile now, including Snickers, 3 Musketeers, and Milky Way. So it only made sense to give Twix the same treatment.

Sometimes when companies miniaturize things, the ratio of one ingredient to another gets messed up along the way, and you end up with something that doesn’t taste the same. Thankfully, that’s not the case with Twix Bites. They taste exactly the same as a regular Twix bar! And because they’re unwrapped and bite sized, you can pour them in your mouth without getting your hands dirty.

I really love ’em, and for me the hardest part was controlling how much I ate. There are supposed to be three servings in a 2.83 oz package, but they didn’t last nearly that long under my watch!
