Gillette recently launched the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Golden Edition razor, which comes with a golden handle to commemorate the athletes of the world competing for the Gold in this summer’s Games in London.
To celebrate this special occasion, Gillette erected a winner’s podium in a drugstore in Germany, placing the razors on a shelf just above it. As you’ll see in the video below, whoever wanted to buy a razor had to step onto the podium’s #1 spot to get to it. And when that happens, the place goes crazy!
When people stepped onto the podium, music started playing, confetti rained down, and a crowd of people surrounded the podium to congratulate the person on his “win”.
Why? Because Gillette believes all men deserved to be celebrated everyday like gold medal winners!
