This week’s picks are all over the map, and that’s just how I roll. You should see my iTunes playlists, so completely random yet awesome at the same time! I love good music, regardless of the genre. So sit back and enjoy this week’s selections.

Bloodhound Gang – The Bad Touch (Prime Remix)

Remember this little diddy from back in the day? Prime worked their dirty dubstep magic on it, and the results are awesome! Dubstep isn’t for everyone, but I can’t get enough of this stuff.

Chiddy Bang – The Good Life

I’ve been a fan of Chiddy Bang since hearing Opposite of Adults during an episode of Fantasy Factory. I previewed some of his other songs on iTunes, but somehow must have missed The Good Life. As luck would have it, I was looking at his album the other day, played the preview clip for this track, and was instantly hooked!

Katy Perry – Peacock

I’m willing to stick my neck out here and admit that I’m a big Katy Perry fan. You can’t deny that the girl’s got talent, and she’s fucking hot to boot! When she appeared on MTV with Snoop performing California Gurls, I was impressed! Then Firework came out, and I was blown away. I’m not really sure why E.T. is getting all the buzz right now, because Peacock is where it’s at! The video is pretty bizarre, but just take a listen – I bet you can’t get that hook out of your head. 🙂

Colony – Breathe

I discovered these guys back in my A&R days, and recently came across an old demo disc from them. I had high hopes for them, but it never really came together for them. Still, this song was a nice blast from the past for me, and I think you’ll enjoy it. Another song worth checking out from them is One Morning.

That’s it for this week.. As always, if you have a song you think we should feature in an upcoming post, leave a comment and let me know!
