If you’ve been dreaming about kicking back with a cold drink, ocean views, and zero stress, Margaritaville at Sea just gave you a reason to book your next vacation. The cruise line has officially unveiled Beachcomber, its newest and biggest ship to date, and it’s all about laid-back luxury, good vibes, and onboard experiences that scream “permanent vacation.”

Let’s dive into what makes this ship a game-changer.

The Biggest Ship Yet from Margaritaville at Sea

At over 100,000 gross tons, Beachcomber is the largest vessel in the Margaritaville at Sea fleet, out-sizing its sister ships Islander and Paradise. That means more space to explore, more bars to belly up to, and more sun-soaked experiences to try out.

“With Beachcomber, we wanted to create a design that captures the spirit of fun, warmth, and relaxed adventure,” said Martha Brabham, Head of Design at Margaritaville at Sea. “We drew inspiration from nostalgic beach scenes, vintage surf art, and the carefree escapism that defines the brand. The result is a design that feels joyful and instantly familiar – one that builds on the award-winning aesthetic we introduced with Islander in 2024.”

This ship isn’t just big. It’s built to transport you into the full-on Margaritaville mindset.

A Vibe-Heavy Design Inspired by Beach Life

Inside and out, Beachcomber brings the brand’s signature look to life, combining breezy blues, sunlit yellows, and laid-back beachy tones to create an environment that’s effortlessly cool.

Whether you’re relaxing in a hammock with a margarita or checking out the surf-inspired décor, this ship was made for dudes who love the beach and don’t mind a bit of tiki flair.

New and Classic Experiences Aboard Beachcomber

This isn’t just a new ship, it’s a next-level experience. Beachcomber will offer fan-favorite venues like:

  • 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar
  • Hemisphere Dancer
  • Cheeseburger in Paradise
  • License to Chill

But it doesn’t stop there. The ship is also packing 15+ brand-new experiences designed just for this flagship, making it an even bigger draw whether you’re a first-timer or a Margaritaville at Sea regular.

“Beachcomber isn’t just our largest ship; it’s a floating celebration of everything guests love about Margaritaville at Sea hospitality, turned up a few notches,” said Christopher Ivy, Chief Executive Officer of Margaritaville at Sea. “Building on the magic and momentum of Islander, we set out to create an experience that’s even more immersive, playful, and full of unexpected delights. Whether you’re sailing with us for the first time or returning for more, Beachcomber promises sun-soaked surprises and the signature spirit.”
