This Is Why I’ll Never Valet My Car..

In my 20+ years of driving, I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve handed over my keys to a valet. I’m sorry, but I just won’t trust some random college kid with my car, and I’d much rather walk a little further for that piece of mind.

We’ve all heard horror stories of valet parking gone wrong, and this video is another example of that. This is actual footage from a Hyatt Hotel in downtown St. Louis from a valet who thought he was the next Ken Block. Naturally, the valet company’s contract with the hotel has since been terminated.

This is what can happen the next time you hand a stranger your keys. Consider yourself warned.
