Making a protein shake

Back In my 20’s, I was really skinny, so I started hitting the gym hardcore in hopes of packing on some muscle and getting jacked. The problem? While I was getting much stronger, I wasn’t getting those bulging muscles that I was after.

The problem? I wasn’t consuming enough protein, as it’s hard to get the necessary amount of protein from regular eating alone. You ever notice that the muscular guys at the gym carrying around shaker bottles, drinking their protein shakes after their workout? They know what’s up.

So I started doing my homework, and incorporated whey protein and a few other supplements into my regiment. And let me tell you, it was a total gamechanger, with me finally getting even stronger and getting those muscle gains that I was after and getting even more cut.

Elite Gold Annex Mass Protein

Now it’s easy to go about bulking the wrong way, and just eating everything in sight. But that’s just going to make you fat. What you need is a large amounts of dense, quality macronutrients, in the right ratios, a lean mass gainer like Elite Gold Annex Mass Protein.

Elite Gold Annex Mass is an advanced all-in-one mass gainer formula takes the guesswork out of calorie intake for anyone looking to put on lean muscle. Using a multi-blend of premium proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, Annex Mass provides real foods and clean calories for real results! Whether you’re a hard gainer or just want to put on more size, this advanced formula supports serious mass—without the unwanted body fat typical mass gainers on the market leave you with.

Ignite Series BCAA Advanced Amino Acid Complex

Another thing worth looking into are BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids), as these can help promote muscle growth and recovery after a hard session in the gym. I recently started using Ignite Series BCAA Advanced Amino Acid Complex, a specially formulated non-proprietary blend of three important amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) in addition to glutamine, taurine and electrolytes for improved performance and hydration, and I’m a fan of it.

Lastly, consider taking creatine monohydrate. Creatine is the king of supplements, increases muscle mass, enhances lean body mass and helps with muscular energy leading to more reps and a longer workout. I used to take creatine in my younger days, and I was definitely able to lift more and saw immediate muscle gains. I haven’t taken it in awhile, but I’m about to start using Creatine Monohydrate Powder by BulkSupplements to take my gains to the next level.

Hopefully using these supplements will help you pack on some muscle and reach your goals. Sure, it’s not going to happen overnight. But make going to the gym a priority, and couple it with a healthy diet and before long you’ll start to see the transformation happen before your eyes. You can thank me later!
