Now that it’s finally warming up, I decided to pull my bicycle out of storage and get it ready for riding season!

For weeks now, I’ve been waiting to try out some of my new gear, but Mother Nature had other plans in mind. Yesterday it finally got into the 60’s, and that was all I needed to skip out for a late afternoon ride.

Cannondale recently sent me their new Quick Back Pack to try out, and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Now, you might be asking yourself, “Why not just use a regular back pack?” And that’s exactly what I’ve done in the past. But Cannondale, a company that knows a thing or two about cycling, has improved on the basic back pack design with the rider in mind.

The Cannondale Quick Back Pack has ample room for cargo with a padded laptop sleeve compartment and several organizer pockets. Great for commuting, or porting your gear.

Durable 600D nylon construction with water-resistant coating protects your gear in case you get caught in the rain, and a large main compartment, inside organizer pocket, quick-access front pocket and two side pockets that will accommodate standard bicycle water bottles

Padded shoulder straps and mesh padding on the back keeps you cool and comfortable. And 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material has been liberally applied to the back pack, improving your visibility to other motorists.

The Cannondale Quick Back Pack retails for $120, and comes with Cannondale’s limited lifetime warranty.

Overall, I’m very happy with this back pack, and would highly encourage any serious riders to check it out!
