Stacy Adams is more than just a shoe company. For over 100 years, they have designed quality fashion pieces for distinguished gentlemen who know true style. Founded in 1875 in Brockton, Massachusetts by William H. Stacy and Henry L. Adams, they've long been a part of American Culture; From the roaring 20's and the post war boom, to prohibition and the jazz era, they've been there.
Stacy Adams is all about quality products, and their new Fall shoe line will help you step up your style game this Fall. We looked through their catalog, and the standout shoes for us were the Armstrong, Aldrin, Dawson, Dumont, Colridge, Hawthorne, Sullivan, and Sanburg.
You can't go wrong with any of these choices, but my two favorites are the Armstrong (in brown with the orange laces) and the Colridge (in grey). Either of these shoes will surely get noticed when you're out for a night on the town, but if I could only choose one of them, I'd probably go with the Colridge.
The Colridge is this season's ultimate ankle boot, featuring a distressed leather upper in a rustic shade that will leave them talking! It's versatile enough to be worn for any occasion, and it goes perfectly with my traditional go-out outfit: A blazer, button down shirt, and jeans (or trousers for slightly dressier occasions). The blazer adds a little flair, ladies love it, and you won't need to lug a jacket around on those cooler nights.
Here's a quick mock-up I did on Polyvore, what do you think?
Sharp, right? The beauty of this outfit is that you can wear it almost anywhere, as there's no such thing as being overdressed. Wear it to the office, wear it to a Vegas nightclub, wear it anywhere you want.
The intricate details of the shoe and the extra spash of color that it adds to the overall outfit will catch a discerning woman's eye, and that's what it's all about, right?
