Ask a woman what her favorite muscle on you is, and she’ll say it’s your brain. But let’s be real, that’s like saying we like the girls at Hooters for their friendly personality.
But when you get down to the nitty-gritty, women are just as shallow as we are. They might be looking for “something deeper” in the long run, but it’s your looks that’ll first attract her.
Knowing is half the battle. Men’s Health compiled a list of the muscles that women love:
- 6-Pack Abs
- Large Biceps
- A Broad Back
- A Big Chest
- Strong Hamstrings
- Sculpted Shoulders
- Rock-Hard Calves
- A Nice Butt
- Powerful Forearms
Now, you don’t want to go overboard and look like a freak, but a little goes a long way! And honestly, it’s not that hard to get there. A set of dumbbells and a pull-up bar are all you need.
I picked up a cheap set of dumbbells from Walmart, but Craigslist is also a great place to find cheap weights. Use the dumbbells to work your biceps, chest, and legs (squats/lunges)
A pull-up bar is essential, as that’s how you’re going to work your arms, shoulders, back, and even your abs. Get the book “7 Weeks to 50 Pull-Ups” and it’ll guide you step-by-step. I couldn’t do a single pull-up when I started, but you should see me now.
30-minutes a day, coupled with a healthy diet (with plenty of protein), and you’ll be amazed at the transformation. So get in shape, and then hit the beach. The rest will just fall into place!
