Wawa’s Hoagiefest Is Back, And This Year They’re Including Sandwiches

Wawa is a chain of convenience stores and gas stations similar to 7-11 (but better). They were founded over 60 years ago in the Philadelphia region, and today they have over 1,100 locations all up and down the East Coast, with a large number of stores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. One thing they’re known for are their hoagies, which are made to order and are great!

Since 2008, Wawa has run summertime Hoagiefest promotions, offering up $6 Classic hoagies, including all hot and cold varieties, deliciously bringing together hoagie lovers across Wawa’s locations with savings and to celebrate their love of the hoagie. Since then, Hoagiefest has become a beloved summer tradition!

This year, they’re mixing things up by celebrating a Summer of Sandwiches with $6 and under Hoagies, Clubs, Wraps, Quesadillas, and Chicken Sandwiches. That’s right, this is the first time additional Wawa sandwich varieties are included in Hoagiefest, which runs from June 23rd through July 27th.

As someone who spends most of my weekends at the beach, it’s great being able to roll up to a Wawa and grab a hearty sandwich on the cheap, as food down the shore is NOT cheap at all. Usually, I’ll get a meatball sandwich, tuna hoagie, or chicken parm chicken strip sandwich, but now I might have to try some of their sandwiches and quesadillas as well.

The 2025 Hoagiefest campaign runs from June 23-July 27 in all 1,100+ Wawa stores. With a focus on nostalgia, summer fun and savings across Wawa’s sandwich line, highlights of this year’s Hoagiefest campaign include:

• A Summer of Sandwiches: This year, Hoagiefest includes $6 and under Breakfast and Lunch Classics and Shortis, Breakfast and Lunch Quesadillas, Clubs, Wraps and Roasted and Crispy Chicken Sandwiches.
• Hoagiefest Decorations: The Hoagiefest vibe will be present in Wawa stores with all-new decorations, digital signage and selfie stations to help set the unique Hoagiefest mood and generate excitement throughout the summer. Retro elements like the famed Hoagie Man, Hoagiefest plane, and micro-bus will be featured on in-store decorations.
• Social Media: Wawa’s social media channels will feature giveaways of special merchandise, including tiedyed Hoagiefest t-shirts, beach blankets, cups and keychains. Customers can follow @Wawa social media channels for a chance to win t-shirts and other gear.
