GoPro just unveiled their latest action camera, the GoPro HERO9 Black, which features more of everything, including a brand new 1.4″ front-facing color display, a larger 2.27″ rear display, a new image sensor that can shoot 5K video and 20 megapixel photos, 30% more battery life, next-generation HyperSmooth 3.0 video stabilization with in-camera horizon leveling, and an ultra-wide detachable lens option (Max Lens Mod).
The front display is a game-changer, delivering a live preview for easy framing. The larger rear screen with touch zoom provides fast, intuitive control. HERO9 Black boasts a powerful new feature suite, including HindSight (a powerful feature captures video from 30 seconds before you press record), and supports live streaming and Webcam mode in 1080p as well.
All this for just $449.99 or $349.98 when purchased through GoPro’s website if you also buy a one-year GoPro Plus subscription, which costs $50 for a year.
What’s the GoPro subscription service all about? Subscribers benefit from no-questions-asked camera replacement; unlimited cloud storage of GoPro photos and video at original quality; enhanced live streaming to GoPro.com w/ less restrictions than other live streaming services; up to 50% on mounts and accessories at GoPro.com, including the brand-new lineup of GoPro Lifestyle Gear; plus, up to $100 savings on new camera purchases.
