Tommy Bahama Gears Up For The 2013 MLB All-Star Game Experience

Tommy Bahama and Major League Baseball Properties continue their relationship for the 2013 MLB All-Star Game experience. The island-inspired lifestyle brand celebrates baseball with a Tommy Bahama 2013 MLB All-Star Game limited edition shirt, a retail shop within the T-Mobile All-Star FanFest at the Javits Center, and a 2013 MLB All-Star Game Apple statue at the Tommy Bahama NYC flagship location on Fifth Avenue.

In celebration of America’s pastime, Tommy Bahama has created a limited edition 2013 MLB All-Star Game shirt commemorating the Midsummer Classic at the home of the New York Mets. The royal blue silk camp shirt features the 2013 MLB All-Star Game with an orange and white embroidered logo on the back and sleeve. The shirt retails for $158.

Tommy Bahama will also reach baseball enthusiasts at their retail shop within the T-Mobile All-Star FanFest at the Jacob Javits Center between July 12-16. The retail shop will feature a variety of Tommy Bahama MLB merchandise, including the limited edition 2013 MLB All-Star Game shirt, the 2013 “Collector’s Edition” shirts that highlight baseball legends Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle, the New York Mets and Brooklyn Dodgers “Collector’s Edition” shirts, along with other Tommy Bahama All-Star Game logoed apparel. A select number of the Willie Mays “Collector’s Edition” shirts, that have been autographed by Willie Mays, will also be available.

Following tradition, MLB created a special statue to honor the host city of the All-Star Game. In this case, the 2013 MLB All-Star Game Apples are spread throughout New York City. Tommy Bahama is home to the San Francisco Giants Apple, located inside the Tommy Bahama flagship location at 551 Fifth Avenue.
