Tom Cruise is back, reprising his role as Ethan Hunt in the upcoming Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. And based on this action-packed trailer, it looks like we’re in for quite a wild ride! I don’t know about you, but it seems like the franchise just keeps getting better and better with each movie.

Once again, we get a slew of death-defying stunts performed 100% by Tom Cruise himself (like that crazy motorcycle base jump), so you can be sure that I’ll be watching this one in all of its glory on the big screen for maximum impact.

Here’s the synopsis of the movie:

In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Ethan Hunt and his IMF team embark on their most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan’s past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most.
