2013 SRT Viper Launch Edition Bows At Pebble Beach

History and tradition have always been important at SRT, especially when it comes to the Viper. Quail Lodge and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance play host to the limited-edition 2013 SRT Viper Launch Edition. The Viper’s storied past is celebrated in the Launch Edition with the body sprayed in GTS Blue, highlighted by a pair Bright White body-length stripes. These characteristics are reminiscent of the last pair of Viper coupes unveiled in 1996 and 2006 respectively.

Making the Launch Edition SRT Viper GTS unique is its unique color combination, available only on the Launch Edition. Bright White will only be available when clad in GTS blue. A limited number of the Launch Edition Vipers will be available, with the SRT Viper and SRT Viper GTS following shortly thereafter.

The Stryker badge, prominent on the hood and steering wheel of the Launch Edition Viper, bears a blue background rather than gray, making for another distinctive element on the vehicle. The Launch Edition Viper also assumes a serialized dash plaque.

The Launch Edition Viper rolls on polished, forged aluminum five-spoke wheels, bringing back memories of the previous iterations of the coupe. The wheels were designed specifically with Viper enthusiasts in mind.

Laguna leather with contrast stitching is found on the seats, door trim, instrument panel, steering wheel, grab handle, shift knob and center console. Adding to the exclusivity is an Alcantara headliner.

Expect pricing for the GTS Launch Edition to be north of the base Viper’s $95K price and worth every penny.
